All rooms are fully equipped with modern conveniences, each features individually controlled air conditioning, colour TV (with ASTRO), hot & cold shower, international direct dial telephone system (IDD), hair dryer, coffee & tea making facilities (executive room only), complementary extra bed (executive room only) and in-room toiletry.

Rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% service and 5% government tax.

Terms & Conditions:
•
 Extra Mattress RM 10.00 nett per bed per night without breakfast
•
Extra Bed is chargeable at RM15.00 nett per bed per night without breakfast.
•
Day use (4 hour) is chargeable RM 60.00 – check in until 8:00 pm.
•
Children under the age of 12 years sharing room with accompanying adult are free of charge.
•
Rates quoted above are applicable to local and overseas market alike.
•
Group rates and long terms rates are available upon request.
•
Rates are not subject to any Peak Period Surcharge.
•
Check-In time is at :2.00 pm.
•
Check-Out time is at : 12.00 noon.
•
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•
Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•
Room Reservation are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the hotel Bank Account which shall be advised during the Confirmation Stages.
•
We accept most major credit card including Visa and Mastercard only.


CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation must be notified in writing either by fax or e-mail to our fax number and/or e-mail address to be furnished during the confirmation stages.

Our Cancellation Policy Charges are as follows :

Cancellation made within 8 days prior to check in date shall be imposed a penalty of the total room/package charges for the total duration of stay or in the event of NO SHOW
